Bluestone is by far the most slender building designed by Buller George Turkington Engineers, with a height/width ration of greater than 8:1. As such, considerable effort went into the study of the effect of wind motion on the structure, involving experts from both sides of the Tasman, and resulting in a custom designed roof top Tuned Liquid Damping system.
